Leader Resources

Thank you for your willingness to lead a Soul Purpose group. Your commitment to making disciples is going to make a difference not only in the lives you are 'investing' in, but also in your life as well. In this section we want to provide you with the tools necessary to effectively lead your group.

In the Leaders Notes section we have developed brief notes for each lesson. The purpose of these notes is to:

• Emphasize the main teaching points for that particular lesson.
• Inform you of what is coming up in the future so you can plan accordingly
• Provide tips on leading a successful small group.

The rest of this section has a number of leader helps. We have tried to answer as many of the most commonly asked questions as well as provide some forms that may be helpful in leading your group. We would encourage you to look them over and use whatever you feel would be helpful.

Finally, you will find a list of recommended books on spiritual formation, leading small groups and discipleship. If there is anything we can do to help you lead your Soul Purpose group more effectively, please let us know.
